Our services are available only to businesses. By using our services, you represent that you are legally authorized to act on behalf of the business and meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Payment Terms

- Services are available via subscriptions or one-time fees.

- Billing occurs every 4 weeks.

- Free trials may be offered at our discretion.

- No refunds are provided for paid services.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must:

- Use the service lawfully and comply with all applicable laws.

- Avoid prohibited actions, including misuse of AI for harmful content.

- Respect intellectual property of Aetheris AI and third parties.

- Not engage in spamming, harmful behavior, or infringement of third-party IP.

5. Company Rights

Aetheris AI reserves the right to:

- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

- Change, update, or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

- Aetheris AI owns: all models, software, branding, content, and AI outputs.

- Clients own: all data and content they provide to the service.

7. Liability Disclaimers

- Accuracy of AI Outputs: AI-generated content and recommendations are provided “as is.” Aetheris AI makes no guarantees regarding correctness, completeness, or reliability. Users must verify outputs independently.

- Reliance on AI Recommendations: Users assume full responsibility for decisions based on AI outputs. The service does not provide professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

- Service Interruptions: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and are not liable for downtime, errors, or delays.

- Indirect or Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business, or data, even if advised of the possibility.

- Acknowledgment of Risk: By using our service, users accept that AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and assume all risks.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

9. Termination

- User: Can cancel their account at any time.

- Aetheris AI: Can cancel a user’s account at any time, for any reason.

10. Miscellaneous

No other custom policies apply. Users agree to these Terms when using Aetheris AI services.
